All users should assume that all calls, videos, chats, notes, messages and all other forms of data are monitored, recorded, stored, reviewed and evaluated. All available data may be collected from the Express Dek platform and its users and no information should be considered private by any individual or group of individuals.

When you connect your Zoom account to Express Dek, we collect and store:
Zoom OAuth access token and refresh token (for API authentication)
Zoom user ID and email address
Zoom account type
Token expiration timestamps
Meeting information
Transcripts of call content
Direct Message content
Call Duration
Call Participants
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected Zoom data to:
Create Zoom meetings on your behalf when you initiate calls
Refresh authentication tokens to maintain your connection

All Zoom tokens are stored in a secure PostgreSQL database with Row Level Security (RLS)
Tokens are only accessible server-side through authenticated API calls

We do not intentionally expose your Zoom credentials to the browser or client-side code
Data Retention
Zoom tokens are retained while your account is active
When you disconnect your Zoom account, all associated tokens are immediately deleted
Account deletion results in complete removal of all Zoom-related data
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your Zoom data with third parties. Your Zoom credentials are used exclusively for creating meetings within the Express Dek platform.
